Description
- Manage a portfolio of LIHTC, affordable housing real estate assets, ensuring optimal performance and value enhancement.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement asset management strategies and achieve financial goals.
- Conduct regular analysis of property performance, market trends, and financial metrics.
- Oversee property operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property management teams and third-party vendors.
- Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and recommend strategies to capitalize on market trends.
- Prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators.
- Address and resolve any issues related to property operations or tenant relations promptly.

Profile
A successful Overflow Asset Manager should have:
- Robust experience in LIHTC affordable housing
- Strong knowledge of the property industry and real estate asset management principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate property performance and market trends.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting tools.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree or equivalent education in real estate, finance, or a related field is preferred.
