Director of Global Admissions & Recruitment

This role will own the recruitment of students at the master and doctorate level. It will be responsible for attracting international students across the globe.

Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive international enrollment management (admissions and marketing) strategy aligned with university's growth objectives.
• Oversee the international admissions process for all programs, ensuring a seamless and student-friendly application experience.
• Establish enrollment targets and implement data-driven strategies to attract and retain high-quality students.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, governmental regulations, and institutional policies.
• Lead the recruitment of international students through partnerships with reputable student recruitment agents.
• Identify, contract, train, and manage a global network of international recruitment agencies to enhance student diversity and enrollment.
• Develop relationships with international organizations, schools, and institutions to create a strong pipeline of prospective students.
• Monitor agent performance, enforce compliance with university policies, and optimize recruitment efforts.
• Build and lead a high-performing admissions team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Provide training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for staff.
• Implement innovative enrollment management strategies and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Profile

• Masters degree
• 10+ years of student recruitment
• Proven track record working with international students
• Ability to travel
