Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Description

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are achieved.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to address project requirements, changes, and updates.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior management and clients.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and manage project risks effectively.
