Demand Lead BA/PM

We're seeking a Demand Lead/Project Manager to manage the onboarding of new projects for IT review and executive approval. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in creating PowerPoint presentations, advanced Excel proficiency, and maintaining process and training documentation.

Description

• Oversee project intake and updates, ensuring clear communication and standardized processes with stakeholders.
• Provide governance and oversight for the Demand Process, including budget management with Finance and prioritization of initiatives.
• Develop and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and process flows; gather user requirements and support project teams with intake accuracy.
• Create and deliver presentations and training materials using advanced Microsoft tools (PPT, Excel, Visio, SharePoint); manage risks, issues, and stakeholder relationships effectively.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, with a minium of 5 years of experience in project management or business analysis.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle, project management methodologies, and tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and presentation skills; ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
• Proven stakeholder management across functions, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and adaptability in multicultural environments.
• Tech stack needed: Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio & Sharepoint
