Senior SOX Auditor

Participate in the execution of internal audits, specifically related to SOX, from start to finish. Be in communication with senior management, stakeholders, and maintain strong relationships on the team.

Description

• Execution of internal audits from start to finish, mainly SOX audits
• Assist in the identification of business risks by thoroughly examining and evaluating the effectiveness of available controls in order to mitigate those identified risks
• Collaborate with senior management to develop relationships with key stakeholders
• Assist in the preparation of the internal audit plan
• Presentation of audit findings and conducting walk-throughs

Profile

• 3+ years of internal audit experience, SOX experience required
• Strong knowledge of accounting, internal audit, internal controls, and risk management
• Public accounting experience is a plus
• Exposure to ITGC is a plus
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
