Multifamily Project Engineer

The Construction Project Engineer coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods. As well as establish and maintain an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.

Description

Key responsibilities of a Construction Project Engineer include but are not limited to:

• Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project
• Material procurement and ordering
• Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
• RFI's and Submittals

Profile

The successful Construction Project Engineer will have:

• Degree in Construction Management or related degree
• 1+ year of General Contracting experience
• Experienced in commercial or multifamily projects
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Desire and willingness to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility
