Regional Sales Manager - Electronics - Dallas TX
Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the electronics sector across the Dallas, TX region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth within the Dallas/Southeast territory.
Client Details
The client specializes in the design, manufacture, and supply of radio frequency (RF), microwave, and coaxial interconnect solutions. The company provides a wide range of connectors, adapters, cable assemblies, and custom solutions for industries such as telecommunications, automotive, aerospace, military/defense, and industrial.
Description
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.
Identify and establish relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
Manage and grow existing accounts while aggressively pursuing new business opportunities.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Provide sales forecasts, reports, and strategic insights to senior management.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote company products and services.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients and distributors.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of sales experience in the electronics industry, with a strong track record of success.
Knowledge of electronic components, consumer electronics, or industrial electronics markets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel within the region (up to 50%).
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
