Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager
The Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to optimize the supply of materials, components, and services needed for manufacturing operations. This role focuses on cost reduction, supplier performance, and risk mitigation.

Description
The Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager will be responsible for the following:
Identify and evaluate suppliers globally to ensure quality, cost, and delivery goals are met.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key suppliers.
Develop sourcing strategies aligned with business goals and production needs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, finance, and quality teams.
Monitor market trends, risks, and supply chain disruptions.
Lead supplier relationship management and performance improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.
Profile
The successful candidate will have the ability to develop long-term sourcing strategies aligned with company goals, strong negotiation skills for complex contracts, can manage high-stake discussions with global suppliers, and be able to proficiently increase cost savings for the company year over year.
