The Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Identify and evaluate suppliers globally to ensure quality, cost, and delivery goals are met.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key suppliers.

• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with business goals and production needs.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, finance, and quality teams.

• Monitor market trends, risks, and supply chain disruptions.

• Lead supplier relationship management and performance improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.

Profile

The successful candidate will have the ability to develop long-term sourcing strategies aligned with company goals, strong negotiation skills for complex contracts, can manage high-stake discussions with global suppliers, and be able to proficiently increase cost savings for the company year over year.
