Description

  • The Project Manager will oversee high-profile construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role demands a collaborative leader with excellent organizational and communication skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage large-scale construction projects, including apartments, hospitals, libraries, schools, and universities.
    • Lead projects valued at $20 million or more, including ground-up construction.
    • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
    • Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
    • Conduct regular site visits to proactively address any issues.
    • Use software tools to manage project documentation and reporting.

Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, including ground-up construction.
  • Prior experience managing projects such as apartments, hospitals, libraries, schools, and universities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects valued at $20 million or more.
  • Certifications: OSHA 30 required; PMP or CCM preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other project management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
