Superintendent
An employee-owned General Contractor is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead mid- and high-rise projects in the Denver metro area, offering a salary of $150K-$170K plus bonus and excellent benefits. Description
Leading field operations on large-scale projects from groundbreaking through closeout
Managing on-site teams including field engineers, trade partners, and subcontractors
Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity
Coordinating with project management, owners, architects, and engineers
Delivering projects on time and within budget
Profile
Experience on mid- and high-rise structures
Strong background with structural concrete, steel, and MEP systems
Leadership on complex projects valued at $50M+
Proven ability to foster collaborative project teams and mentor junior staff
Job Offer
Base salary of $150,000 - $170,000
