Client Details

This company has a project backlog into 2027. This firm specializes in large-scale education and multifamily projects. They self-perform the vast majority of their work, and are looking for someone that is hands on, a natural leader, and technically gifted. Description

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and address any challenges or risks proactively.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management.

Profile

  • 7+ years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with ground up commercial, education, or multi-family projects.
  • Experience with running self perform projects.
  • Bachelors in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture preferred
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.

Job Requirements:

7+ years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with ground up commercial, education, or multi-family projects.
