Construction Superintendent - Healthcare
Lead self-perform construction projects from early site works through close-out. This is a hands-on superintendent role with strong autonomy and direct client exposure.

A privately held commercial contractor with a strong family culture and consistent year-on-year growth. The business operates across a diverse range of public and private sector projects and is known for promoting from within and retaining long-tenured staff.
Description
* Oversee day-to-day site operations on commercial SPG projects
* Lead subcontractors, enforce safety, and maintain schedules
* Manage site works, utilities, and early-phase construction
* Act as a professional, client-facing field leader
* Support multiple projects within a regional market as needed
Profile
A successful Superintendent should have:
* 5+ years' experience as a superintendent with a GC
* Proven leadership and subcontractor management skills
* Strong site works and utilities background
* Tech-savvy with clear, professional communication
* Stable career history with 2-3+ year tenures
Job Offer
Salary range: $95,000-$125,000 base, depending on experience
* 2-3 weeks PTO, 401(k), and strong healthcare plans
* Vehicle allowance or company truck, plus discretionary bonus
