Superintendent - Commercial Construction
Create and execute project pre-planning activities with subcontractors. Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods. Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead interior construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
Manage schedules, budgets, and technical project direction
Oversee bids, subcontracts, buyouts, RFIs, and submittals
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and municipalities to ensure compliance and value engineering
Develop site logistics and special inspection schedules
Review daily reports, safety inspections, and maintain project quality
Organize and lead project and subcontractor meetings
Manage multiple projects while building relationships with vendors and subcontractors
Profile
Successful Candidate:
5+ years of commercial construction experience, including ground-up projects across sectors like healthcare, warehouse, manufacturing, cold storage, and food processing
OSHA 30 certified with a technical degree in construction or related field
Strong knowledge of construction management principles and industry best practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated stable work history and ability to manage complex projects effectively
Job Offer
