Talent Acquisition Partner
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing full life cycle recruiting for multiple locations. Reports directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
Client Details
A wonderful Italian marketplace, with multiple locations. Offering a food hall that combines restaurants, retail stores, and a cooking school.
Description
- Works independently to oversee and execute all aspects of the recruiting process for multiple Locations:
- researches and develops unique sourcing strategies, independently evaluates candidates, selects candidates for advancement in hiring process, coordinates interviews, and manages candidate experience and follow up
- Ensures compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, directives and policies
- Monitors and maintains compliance with applicant tracking and other business requirements
- Partners with multiple store and corporate leadership teams as well as the HR Business Partners and Head of Talent Acquisition to develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy for current and upcoming openings
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand upcoming needs and utilizing educational partnerships to execute university relations within assigned locations
- Provides training to hiring managers on Applicant Tracking System and effective interviewing
- Performs frequent interviews with passive candidates to build a strong external candidate pipeline
- Supports in hiring for upcoming new store openings
- Facilitates Open Calls as needed
- Performs other duties as required or assigned
Profile
- 2+ years of relevant, high volume talent acquisition experience
- Prior experience with/exposure to high-volume operations; restaurant/hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing business needs
- Exemplary organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Responsiveness to urgent business needs and requests
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Up to 25% travel to support hiring events, etc. within recruitment region
- Ability to work on-site at least 4 days per week
