Description

The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Assisting in managing day-to-day on-site operations and ensuring compliance with project schedules and safety standards.
• Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to maintain efficient workflows and meet project deadlines.
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to the Superintendent and project team.
• Conducting site inspections to ensure construction quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Identifying and resolving any on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation, including daily reports and safety logs.
• Supporting the enforcement of safety protocols and ensuring all team members follow established guidelines.
