The Quality Manager will oversee all aspects of the quality assurance process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives. They will conduct audits, implement quality control measures, and collaborate across teams to enhance product reliability and manufacturing efficiency at our Auburn, MA facility.

Description
The Quality Manager, Industrial / Metal Manufacturing will:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the quality assurance process.
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Implement and maintain quality standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across teams and departments.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and other teams to enhance product quality.
- Drive problem-solving efforts to resolve quality issues and minimize defects.
- Develop and implement corrective actions for non-conformances.
- Maintain detailed records of audits, inspections, and quality performance.
- Monitor performance metrics and report on quality-related goals.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other applicable standards.
- Foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability throughout the organization.
- Provide training and support to teams on quality tools and processes.
- Be onsite at our Auburn, MA facility
Profile
- Proven experience in quality assurance and quality management.
- Previous experience in a quality manager role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality systems.
- Proficient in using quality tools and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQM, CQE) is a plus.
- Experience leading audits and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Skilled in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality output.
