Description

The Quality Manager, Industrial / Metal Manufacturing will:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the quality assurance process.
• Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Implement and maintain quality standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across teams and departments.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and other teams to enhance product quality.
• Drive problem-solving efforts to resolve quality issues and minimize defects.
• Develop and implement corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Maintain detailed records of audits, inspections, and quality performance.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on quality-related goals.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other applicable standards.
• Foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability throughout the organization.
• Provide training and support to teams on quality tools and processes.
• Be onsite at our Auburn, MA facility

Profile

• Proven experience in quality assurance and quality management.
• Previous experience in a quality manager role is preferred
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality systems.
• Proficient in using quality tools and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Certification in quality management (e.g., CQM, CQE) is a plus.
• Experience leading audits and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Skilled in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality output.
