Design Production Manager - National Builder/Developer - Multifamily Responsibilities:

• Manage the pre-development process and act as liaison between construction, development, and external consultants.
• Oversee project schedules, zoning, entitlements, and permitting to ensure timely progress.
• Facilitate design coordination, including document reviews, adherence to standards, and tracking deliverables.
• Collaborate on budgeting, scope, and cost control with estimating and QA teams for each project phase.
• Conduct site visits, coordinate lessons learned, and implement best practices across projects.

Profile

Design Production Manager - National Builder/Developer - Multifamily - Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project and people management
• Experience designing, high-end multifamily projects
• Bachelors degree in architecture, construction management or civil engineering
