Quality Manager
Lead and enhance quality systems for a rapidly growing manufacturing operation with a strong presence in industrial, transportation, medical, and consumer markets. Drive improvements, oversee compliance, and shape the future of quality management during a period of expansion.

Description
Quality Manager:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve quality plans, SOPs, and quality documentation.
- Stop production when critical defects are identified and lead root cause analysis efforts.
- Oversee inspection, testing, and quality control activities across production cycles.
- Develop and manage quality control budgets and evaluate new testing methodologies.
- Direct, train, and support quality staff, fostering a strong team culture.
- Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and inspection criteria.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to meet client expectations.
- Monitor quality control system performance and recommend improvements.
- Lead initiatives to identify and eliminate defects, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement.
Profile
Quality Manager:
- Associate's degree or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in quality management within manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, quality control analysis, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to manage a team and maintain a positive, high-performance work environment.
