Lead Superintendent - Multifamily Highrise

We're seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee a large-scale ground-up high-rise multifamily project valued at $100M in Miami, FL. This is a key leadership role for a professional who can manage complex urban projects from site preparation through to final completion, ensuring top-quality delivery on time and within budget.

Description

• Oversee all onsite construction activities for a $100M+ high-rise multifamily project from groundbreaking to turnover.

• Lead and manage all field personnel, including subcontractors, assistants, and trade partners.

• Ensure strict adherence to schedule, safety standards, and quality control requirements.

• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Owners to maintain seamless communication and project progress.

• Conduct regular site meetings, inspections, and progress reports.

• Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges to maintain project timelines and cost efficiency.

Profile

• Minimum 10+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role as a Superintendent on high-rise multifamily projects exceeding $50M.

• Proven track record delivering ground-up concrete structures 20+ stories from start to finish.

• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, scheduling, and sequencing for vertical construction.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• OSHA certification and advanced understanding of safety compliance practices.
