Payroll Manager
The Payroll Manager will oversee payroll operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in payroll processes within the financial services industry. This role involves managing payroll systems and collaborating with the Human Resources department to ensure seamless employee compensation processes.

Description
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems
- 5+ years of payroll experience
- Ability to go onsite 3 times a week.
- Proficiency in federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Experience collaborating with Human Resources and cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Profile
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
- Proven expertise in payroll systems and processes, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and reporting requirements within the business services industry.
