Director, Information Technology
- The IT Director is responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of IT infrastructure and support functions globally.

Description
- Develop and implement the organization's IT strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to achieve departmental objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize services and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data security standards.
- Identify and implement innovative technologies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide technology initiatives.
- Monitor and manage the IT budget effectively.
- Ensure AI capabilities are thoughtfully integrated into every initiative-enhancing automation, decision-making, and user productivity. Identify practical use cases, govern responsible adoption, and partner with stakeholders to operationalize AI in ways that deliver measurable business value.
- IT infrastructure strategy, digital transformation, systems maintenance.
- Organization development and management, budget management, people development and management.
- Deep understanding of the fashion apparel industry and operation
- Participates in all hardware and software evaluations and maintains vendor contracts.

Profile
A successful Director, Information Technology should have:
- A strong background in IT systems, infrastructure, and project management.
- Proven leadership skills to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to implement innovative solutions.
- Experience in the Media & Agency industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and data security best practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- At least 8 - 10 years of professional experience in organization management and global project management
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems, computer science or related field
- Experience with global scale IT infrastructure project management
- Stakeholder management
- Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication skills
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
