They do over $1B of revenue each year, and have become known as one of the best General Contractors in the US. Their market focus is Light Industrial and Commercial projects, $50-100M+ on average. They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to help lead their Charlotte operations overall.

The Construction Project Manager - Top 100 ENR GC - Charlotte will be responsible for:
- Review plans, specifications, and client requirements
- Initiate RFIs to resolve issues in the field and plan discrepancies
- Process, review, and track submittals
- Review design and shop drawings to evaluate the impact on the cost and schedule
- Prepare Subcontractor scope of work letters
- Initiate change orders to the Owner and solicit bids from Subcontractors
- Perform estimates and compile cost breakdowns for the client to review
- Maintain procurement, submittal, and RFI logs
- Provide schedule assistance and track daily production
- Coordinate correspondence between the design and construction team
- Lead and mentor a team of Project Management staff
Profile
The Construction Project Manager - Top 100 ENR GC - Charlotte should have:
- 2+ Years of experience as a Project Manager for a General Contractor
- Commercial and/or Light Industrial project experience is required
- A Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related-field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
- Applicable software knowledge is preferred
Job Offer
The Construction Project Manager - Top 100 ENR GC - Charlotte will receive:
- Highly competitive base salary - $90,000-140,000+ base
