Infrastructure Construction Project Manager - Queens, NY will be responsible for the oversight and completion of Public and MTA Construction projects throughout New York, New York.

Description

Infrastructure Construction Project Manager - Queens, NY

• Implement and maintain effective management, planning, and cost control systems in cooperation with the project team
• Assist with pre-construction activities relevant to assigned construction project
• Will report directly to Senior Project Manager and assist with all duties
• Communicate and organize with Subcontractors, MTA, NYC, and other public sectors
• Establish and maintain communications between Client and Subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely flow of information
• Prepare or assist pre-construction manager with the project budget
• Review and approve Commercial construction operation plans, change order request and pay apps.
• Provide monthly forecasting for all projects, including internal general conditions costs
• Review contingency plans for potential problems concerning labor activity, fire, storms, etc.
• Identify and evaluate risk that may have an impact on the project
• Remain knowledgeable of subcontract agreements, purchase order terms and conditions, and sub consultant agreements
• Develop and issue monthly status reports to keep management informed on construction progress, direct and indirect construction costs, and other project activities

• Infrastructure Construction Project Manager - Queens, NY
• 8+ years of working on MTA, NYC public or Institutional projects in the NYC Building and Construction industry
• Experience with MTA infrastructure projects is MUST
• Experience handling 100% of projects
• Local to New York, NY
• Must have experience building in New York City
• Construction Management or equivalent degree
• up to $225k base salary
