A dynamic and growing general contractor is seeking to make part of their team a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager with experience in multifamily or commercial projects. This role offers growth potential and involvement in exciting new builds.

A dynamic General Contractor experiencing rapid growth and securing multiple new projects in the Raleigh market.
Description
- Manage and oversee multifamily or commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial goals.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout all project phases.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee work and ensure alignment with project plans.
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance overall project efficiency.
Profile
A successful Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager should have:
- A solid background in construction project management within multifamily or commercial sectors.
- A strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in construction project management software and tools.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards.
