Description

• Manage and oversee multifamily or commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial goals.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout all project phases.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee work and ensure alignment with project plans.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance overall project efficiency.

Profile

A successful Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager should have:

• A solid background in construction project management within multifamily or commercial sectors.
• A strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in construction project management software and tools.
