Superintendent (Interiors) - Construction - Brooklyn, NY
Client Details
Our client is a successful mid‑sized commercial interiors general contractor with a strong reputation across NYC. They specialize in office, retail, and tenant improvement projects and are known for their solid pipeline, repeat clients, and collaborative, team‑driven culture.Description
- Oversee daily onsite operations for commercial interior construction projects.
- Manage subcontractors, scheduling, site logistics, and trade coordination.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and jobsite organization.
- Coordinate inspections, track progress, and manage punchlist completion.
- Partner closely with Project Managers to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
Profile
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience supervising commercial interior construction projects in NYC.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishes, millwork, and MEP coordination.
- Confident leader who communicates clearly and keeps teams aligned.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts.
- Reliable, professional, and proud of delivering well‑executed projects.
