Senior Superintendent
General Contractor seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead a $200m Vets Home project in Las Vegas. It's a 30-month CMU & Steel build requiring a proven leader who can manage a large team.

Description
Serve as the on-site lead for all field operations from groundbreaking through final turnover.
Develop and maintain site logistics plans, project schedules, and look-ahead plans.
Manage and coordinate subcontractor activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
Lead daily site meetings, safety briefings, and coordination sessions.
Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Owner's Representatives, and Design Consultants.
Monitor and drive quality control measures throughout all phases of construction.
Proactively identify and resolve issues in the field to maintain schedule and budget integrity.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and other field staff.
Oversee inspections, punch lists, and project closeout efforts.
Profile
A highly experienced Superintendent in commercial construction.
Proven success as the Lead Superintendent on at least one ground-up project exceeding $100 Million in value.
Hands-on experience with CMU and steel structures is a must.
Healthcare or hospital construction experience is highly desirable.
Demonstrated leadership in managing large field teams, subcontractors, and coordination with project management.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
