Description

• Develop, edit, and maintain CNC programs for milling, turning, and multi-axis machining.
• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T for accurate machining requirements.
• Select tooling and optimize cutting parameters for efficiency and quality.
• Perform program simulations and verify tool paths to minimize errors.
• Document programs, setups, and revisions accurately.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Profile

A successful CNC Programmer should have:

• 5+ years CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, GibbsCAM, SolidWorks).
• Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and multi-axis machining.
• Skilled in reading complex engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with diverse materials and advanced machining techniques.
