CNC programmer - Aerospace - Newington, NH
This CNC Programmer position focuses on creating and optimizing CNC programs for precision machining. You'll work with advanced CAD/CAM tools and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality components for critical applications.

Description
- Develop, edit, and maintain CNC programs for milling, turning, and multi-axis machining.
- Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T for accurate machining requirements.
- Select tooling and optimize cutting parameters for efficiency and quality.
- Perform program simulations and verify tool paths to minimize errors.
- Document programs, setups, and revisions accurately.
- Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Profile
A successful CNC Programmer should have:
- 5+ years CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, GibbsCAM, SolidWorks).
- Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and multi-axis machining.
- Skilled in reading complex engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Experience with diverse materials and advanced machining techniques.
