Description

The Concrete PM/Estimator - Schools, Hospitals, Retail - Baltimore will be responsible for:

• Leading multiple large-scale concrete projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Handling project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project success.Utilizing Procore and estimating software for budgeting, forecasting, and project management.
• Preparing detailed takeoffs to ensure accurate cost estimates and material planning.
• Ensuring timely, cost-effective project completion while meeting all specifications.
• Reporting directly to the President, providing regular updates on project and estimate status

Profile

The Concrete PM/Estimator - Schools, Hospitals, Retail - Baltimore will have:

• 5-7+ years of experience managing concrete construction projects.
• Preferred background in hospitals, schools, colleges, airports, or commercial/retail builds.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Procore and estimating software is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of stability and long-term dedication in previous roles
