Lead Multi-Family Superintendent - Orlando, FL
The Lead Multifamily Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day operations of multifamily construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires leadership skills, the ability to manage subcontractors, and a hands-on approach to solving problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Description
- Lead and manage daily operations on multifamily construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure project timelines and specifications are met.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and the internal team to resolve any issues or delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, identifying potential problems early and providing solutions.
- Ensure project documentation, including reports, schedules, and change orders, is accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Work on large-scale multifamily developments with budgets exceeding $100M, as well as commercial office park projects.
Profile
- 10+ years of experience in multifamily construction, with a proven track record as a superintendent or in a similar leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes specific to Florida.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams and subcontractors.
- Experience in managing complex, large-scale projects, including multifamily developments and commercial office parks.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances on-site.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proficient in construction management software and MS Office Suite.
