Recruiting Coordinator
As Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving and handling the hiring process forward and own the candidate management process.

Our client is a looking for professionals with at least 2 years of corporate or internship experience who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and interact seamlessly with high-level executives.
Description
- While this role primarily focuses on recruitment coordination, you'll also have the opportunity to engage in various HR projects, such as people operations, relocation work, onboarding, and campus recruitment
- Schedule candidate interviews and manage candidates through the recruiting, offer, and background screening process in Greenhouse
- Provide administrative support to the People Operations team as needed
- Coordinate logistics for campus recruiting events and in-office Sell Days
- Partner with the Learning & Development team to schedule behavioral interview certifications
- Collaborate closely with HR and recruitment teams to ensure a smooth hiring process and a positive candidate experience
Profile
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior internship or full-time experience working in a professional environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-through
- Self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision
