Description

• Assist the Superintendent with daily site operations on a 200-unit multifamily project in Taunton, MA.
• Oversee subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and quality control.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and procedures on site.
• Support project documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
• Monitor materials, deliveries, and site logistics to keep the project on schedule.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues quickly.

Profile

A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:

• Experience in supervising construction projects, preferably within the business services industry.
