Senior Project Manager - ENR Ranked GC

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with 8+ years of commercial construction experience to lead complex projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will oversee project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary client contact.

Description

• Lead all aspects of project management including estimating support, contract administration, scheduling, and cost control.
• Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Oversee and mentor project managers, assistant project managers, and project engineers.
• Collaborate closely with field superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and participate in business development efforts.
• Review project progress, financials, and forecasting with company leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and project documentation standards.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proven success managing projects $5M-$50M+ in size.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam (or similar construction software).
• Demonstrated ability to build client trust and deliver high-quality results.
