Description
In this role, you'll take ownership of exciting and challenging commercial construction projects, managing all aspects from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Project Management: Oversee schedules, budgets, and workflows to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Client and Team Collaboration: Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Field Experience: For Assistant Project Managers (APMs) with less than two years of experience, a six-month rotation in the field will provide hands-on exposure to job site operations, enhancing your understanding of construction processes.
- Quality Control and Safety: Ensure all construction activities meet safety regulations and quality standards.
