Description

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project timelines using P6 software.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure construction milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to maintain clear communication throughout the project.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the management team.
• Identify potential risks and propose solutions to minimize delays or cost overruns.
• Support the preparation of project documentation, including reports and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

Profile

• 2-4+ years of construction experience
• A strong understanding of P6 software and its applications in project management.
• An educational background in construction, engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
• A commitment to maintaining safety standards and compliance on-site.
