Description
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project timelines using P6 software.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure construction milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to maintain clear communication throughout the project.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Identify potential risks and propose solutions to minimize delays or cost overruns.
- Support the preparation of project documentation, including reports and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
Profile
- 2-4+ years of construction experience
- A strong understanding of P6 software and its applications in project management.
- An educational background in construction, engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
- A commitment to maintaining safety standards and compliance on-site.
