Description

• Lead all field operations and on-site teams
• Coordinate scheduling, subcontractor management, and quality control
• Monitor safety compliance and enforce site protocols
• Communicate progress with project managers and stakeholders
• Problem solve in real time to keep job moving efficiently
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, inspectors, and trades

Profile

• At least 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, ideally in luxury residential or high end custom home market
• Skilled in fine woodwork
• Strong technical skills
• Attention to details
• Be able to jump right in, be a quick learner, get along with the team
• Strong work ethic
• Collaboration skills
• Communication skills
