Client Details

Our client is a large-scale manufacturer in the consumer goods space, with a high-volume, mid-sized plant in the Easton, PA area. This position is HYBRID two days a week on-site in the Easton area. For candidates over 50 miles away, the company will pay for a weekly hotel stay.

This role is an opportunity to shape the organization's talent strategy by implementing performance management frameworks, designing leadership development programs, and driving engagement initiatives.

A successful candidate for this role is a strategic HR professional with at least 7 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or HR Business Partner roles focused on talent strategy. They excel at designing and implementing talent frameworks, performance management processes, and leadership development programs that align with business goals. Strong facilitation skills, change leadership capabilities, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders are essential.

This person combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, is comfortable using data to measure impact, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Description

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to support organizational goals.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and address talent development needs.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Manage performance management processes to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide guidance on succession planning and career development initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management and training.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of HR strategies.
