The Program Manager will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating multiple projects within the Engineering & Manufacturing department. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Description

The Program Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing multiple engineering and manufacturing projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks to project timelines and deliverables.
• Fostering clear communication between stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout all projects.
• Preparing and presenting regular project updates to senior leadership.
• Continuously evaluating processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Profile

A successful Program Manager should have:

• A background in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Bachelor's Degree required; Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management and Project engineering.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving objectives efficiently.
