MEP Superintendent - Healthcare & Labs - New Hampshire
The MEP Superintendent will oversee all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for healthcare and laboratory construction projects in New Hampshire. This role requires strong expertise in managing complex projects and ensuring high-quality standards within the business services industry.

Description
The MEP Superintendent will:
- Supervise all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) installations and ensure compliance with project specifications and codes.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to guide project execution.
- Manage project timelines and budgets while addressing any challenges that may arise.
- Ensure proper documentation of project progress and maintain communication with all project stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and subcontractors.

Profile
A successful MEP Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience managing MEP systems in the construction industry, particularly in healthcare and laboratory projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively.
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving project challenges.
Job Offer
