Description

The MEP Superintendent will:

• Supervise all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) installations and ensure compliance with project specifications and codes.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to guide project execution.
• Manage project timelines and budgets while addressing any challenges that may arise.
• Ensure proper documentation of project progress and maintain communication with all project stakeholders.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and subcontractors.

Profile

A successful MEP Superintendent should have:
