My client is seeking a motivated and experienced Tool Room Supervisor to join their Engineering & Manufacturing Department. This leader will manage and coordinate activities within the tool room to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Description

The 'Tool Room Supervisor' responsibilities will include the following:

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities in the tool room.
• Ensure the implementation of safety protocols and regulations.
• Manage the maintenance, repair, and inventory of tools and equipment.
• Develop and execute strategies for improving efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet production goals.
• Train and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Monitor and control budget and expenditures within the tool room.
• Implement quality control measures and standards.

Profile

A successful Tool Room Supervisor should have:

• A degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
• Excellent knowledge of tool room operations and equipment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
• Experience with budget management and cost control.
• 8+ years of injection mold tooling experience
• A technical certificate

Job Offer
