Tool Room Supervisor - Industrial - Leominster, MA
My client is seeking a motivated and experienced Tool Room Supervisor to join their Engineering & Manufacturing Department. This leader will manage and coordinate activities within the tool room to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Description
The 'Tool Room Supervisor' responsibilities will include the following:
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities in the tool room.
- Ensure the implementation of safety protocols and regulations.
- Manage the maintenance, repair, and inventory of tools and equipment.
- Develop and execute strategies for improving efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet production goals.
- Train and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor and control budget and expenditures within the tool room.
- Implement quality control measures and standards.
Profile
A successful Tool Room Supervisor should have:
- A degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
- Excellent knowledge of tool room operations and equipment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
- Experience with budget management and cost control.
- 8+ years of injection mold tooling experience
- A technical certificate
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of $75,500 - $90,000.
