Description
- The role requires a deep understanding of both technical job requirements and the logistics industry to identify the best candidates for our client's technology-driven needs.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills are essential.
Profile
- Previous experience recruiting for technical roles, ideally in industries like logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
- A solid understanding of technical skills, such as software development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data analysis, to assess candidate qualifications accurately.
- Knowledge of trends and challenges within the logistics or supply chain industries, which helps in identifying candidates with the right skills and expertise.
- Proficiency in using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing tools to find the best candidates for specialized roles.
- Ability to manage candidate expectations and guide them through the interview and hiring process.
