With 2 facilities in Massachusetts, the company offers a range of services, including thermoplastic and liquid silicone rubber (LSR) molding, design for manufacturability, prototyping, mold making, and value-added operations such as pad printing, ultrasonic welding, bonding, and testing

Description

• Develop and implement automation solutions to improve manufacturing processes.
• Design, program, and troubleshoot PLCs, robotics, and automated control systems.
• Conduct system integration, testing, and validation of automation equipment.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to enhance system performance.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction through automation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations in automation projects.
• Provide technical support, training, and documentation for automation systems.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve manufacturing efficiency.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering (or related field).
• Experience with PLC programming, HMI development, and industrial robotics.
• Strong knowledge of automation software, control systems, and sensors.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and automation equipment.
• Proficiency in CAD software for system design and layout.
• Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Experience with Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing solutions.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and industrial networking.
