Assistant Interiors Superintendent
This role oversees high-quality interior construction projects across corporate, retail and commercial spaces throughout the DC metro region. You'll lead site operations end-to-end, working with experienced teams on fast-paced, negotiated work.

Description
The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Managing all on-site activities for interior construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinating subcontractors, inspections and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Enforcing safety standards and maintaining a clean, organized job site.
- Reviewing drawings and specifications to ensure work meets quality expectations.
- Communicating daily with project managers, clients and trade partners.
- Tracking progress and proactively resolving field issues.
- Overseeing punch lists, closeout and final turnover.

Profile
A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:
- 5+ years of experience in construction, with true interiors project exposure.
- Background delivering corporate office, retail or restaurant interiors.
- Strong understanding of interior build-outs, sequencing and finishes.
- Comfortability commuting to project sites throughout the Beltway.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain schedules.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
