Description
- Lead all on‑site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
- Serve as the senior field leader and primary liaison with project management
- Supervise Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and field staff
- Plan, manage, and execute project schedules, phasing, and daily work plans
- Coordinate and direct subcontractors to ensure proper sequencing, productivity, and quality
- Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance; lead safety meetings and inspections
- Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Manage site logistics, material deliveries, equipment, and access
- Identify and resolve constructability issues, schedule impacts, and field conflicts
- Maintain accurate daily reports, manpower logs, and field documentation
- Lead punch list completion, inspections, and project closeout activities
- Mentor and develop field personnel and promote best practices
Profile
- 8+ years of construction experience working for a general contractor
- Must have previous large-scale, ground up project experience
- Ideal project sectors: Multifamily (podium), Municipal (K12 schools, higher education), Commercial
- Applicable project management software proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective team-building skills to support a positive team atmosphere & meet high productivity goals
- OSHA 30 certification
Job Offer
- Base salary 130- 165K contingent on experience
- Annual bonus based on project profitability and individual performance
