LIHTC Data Entry Associate
This role supports our clients LIHTC investment and asset management platform by maintaining accurate property, fund, and compliance data. The position plays a key role in supporting investment operations, reporting, and portfolio oversight.
Client Details
This opportunity is with a nationally recognized affordable housing investment firm specializing in LIHTC equity. The firm manages institutional capital across a diversified, multi-state portfolio of affordable housing developments.
Description
- Accurately input and update property data in the database systems.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of data received from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate periodic reports and summaries as required by the department.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.
- Assist with audits of property data to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Provide support to the property department by managing data-related tasks.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding data inquiries.

Profile
A successful LIHTC Data Entry Associate should have:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data.
- Proficiency in using data entry and management software.
- Knowledge of property management practices and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
