Description

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire project scope, including plans, specifications, logistics, materials, equipment, submittals, and other requirements.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and manage on-site production activities.
  • Prepare and maintain a three-week look-ahead schedule for all job site activities, and submit it weekly to the Project Manager and/or Prime Contractor.
  • Implement and facilitate the company's safety program, including job site safety inspections and weekly safety meetings.
  • Maintain daily reports and submit them to the Project Manager and/or Prime Contractor.
  • Review and strictly adhere to the project schedule.
  • Document and maintain project photos for all phases and features of the work.
  • Ensure the entire job site is kept neat and orderly, employing good housekeeping practices in all areas.
  • Oversee quality control by verifying that all installed equipment and materials match the subcontractor submissions.

Profile

  • Over 4 years of experience in Construction Project Management.
  • Essential experience with public projects.
  • Proficient knowledge of skilled trades, including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical systems.
  • Strong understanding of construction technology and details, with a high level of proficiency in reviewing and comprehending all construction documents, including specifications and drawings.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.

Job Offer

  • Competitive Base Salary: $85,000 - $100,000, based on experience.
  • Bonus Structure: Project/profit-based, typically between $8,000 and $15,000 in the first year.
