HRIS Administrator

The Workday HRIS Support Administrator will provide system administration and support for Workday by handling user queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolutions while maintaining high-quality customer service. This role also collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize Workday functionality, create reports, and support ongoing system updates, ensuring alignment with business goals and policies.

Our client is a large Financial Group is a global financial services company offering a wide range of services, including banking, securities, trust, and asset management, with a focus on both individual and corporate clients.

Description

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for Workday queries and requests.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve requests and issues with exceptional customer service.

  • Monitor and address end-user support inquiries via Workday Support mailbox.

  • Investigate, identify, and document technical issues, providing resolutions or escalating unresolved issues.

  • Create and maintain the ticketing system, escalating tickets to appropriate team members.

  • Ensure timely resolution of tickets and requests, meeting or exceeding SLAs.

  • Perform weekly audits of the ticketing system for accuracy.

  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and other cross-functional teams as needed.

  • Work on requirements and testing of Workday and connected downstream systems.

  • Ensure up-to-date documentation of system functionality and processes (e.g., user guides, workflows).

Profile

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience working with Workday HRIS, with strong knowledge of system functionality and configuration.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring high-quality service and system performance.

  • Strong focus on accuracy, especially when auditing the ticketing system and maintaining system documentation.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with HR, IT, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.

  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly.

  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex system issues and optimize processes.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of creating custom Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite).

  • A self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
