The suitable IT ERP Epicor Director candidate will lead this manufacturing organization's Epicor Kinetic efforts across multiple global locations.

This client is a highly successful manufacturing organization with multiple locations across the globe, with this office being located near Stonington, CT in Pawcatuck, CT.
Description
The successful and suitable Epicor ERP IT Director will develop, plan, implement and maintain the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications for the local business unit and other global corporate systems. With a focus on Epicor (Kinetic and E10), you will design platform architecture solutions; manage the development lifecycle; articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for platform architecture and business process across four sites, two in the US, one in Canada and the other in China!
Profile
The successful Epicor ERP IT Director will have:
- 7+ years professional experience as an ERP Epicor subject matter expert in a manufacturing environment
- Proven IT leadership and IT project management experience
- Extensive ERP experience (this company runs on Epicor and that's preferred)
- IT and ERP leadership experience at a manufacturing organization
- Experience working with and managing third party vendors
Job Offer
Included in the compensation package:
- Excellent Base Salary ($140k-$170k)
- 20% Bonus Target
