The Senior Director, Design Build is accountable for client engagement, product vision, marketing, salaes, and all phases of operations for performance within the general contracting scope of service offerings, inclusive of implementation, and the integration of self-preform.

Key Responsibilities of a Construction Senior Director (Design Build) - Sacramento
- Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects, and proprietary information.
- Organizational Development and Financial modeling
- Participate in formulating and administering company policies, directing and coordinating horizontal department activities to develop and implement long-range goals and objectives.
- Development/input and realization of executive level integration and consistent iterative reporting.
Profile
A Successful Construction Senior Director (Design Build) - Sacramento
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in a series of progressive project management roles with demonstrably increasing scope of responsibility is required.
- Demonstrate a solid track record of successfully delivering at least 10 projects and successfully leading teams required.
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management (or similar), Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an Engineering-related degree is required.
- Well versed in the understanding, development, and implementation of various agreement formats and approaches to assure all interests are accounted for.
- Well versed in the understanding, development, and implementation of CPM Scheduling best practices and protocols.
- Utilize communication and emotional intelligence to navigate teams through interdepartmental dynamics and diverse personalities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to effectively listen and engage with all levels of the organization.
- Builds strong relationships; engages and motivates teams representing diverse backgrounds and viewpoints; exceptionally collaborative.
- Display willingness and interest in stepping up into greater leadership role if the situation requires or the opportunity presents itself.
Job Offer

- Base salary $170,000 - $200,000 DOE
