Description
- Lead the on-site execution of complex commercial construction projects, coordinating schedules, subcontractors, and workflows.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards.
- Drive collaboration among project teams to ensure deadlines and budget targets are met without sacrificing quality.
- Troubleshoot site challenges in real time and implement innovative solutions to maintain progress.
- Act as the primary point of contact on-site, building strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and team members.
Profile
- 5-10 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Proven expertise with Procore or similar project management software.
- A track record of delivering complex projects safely, on time, and under budget.
- Strong communication skills to foster teamwork and stakeholder satisfaction.
- A results-oriented mindset paired with exceptional organizational skills.
