Description

• Lead the on-site execution of complex commercial construction projects, coordinating schedules, subcontractors, and workflows.

Profile

• 5-10 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Proven expertise with Procore or similar project management software.
• A track record of delivering complex projects safely, on time, and under budget.
• Strong communication skills to foster teamwork and stakeholder satisfaction.
