Superintendent - Corporate Interiors
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site operations for high-quality design-build projects in the Downers Grove area. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship.

Description
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain project timelines.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with local building codes.
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project managers on-site.
- Resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track and maintain client satisfaction.
Profile
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or residential construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project schedules.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Proficiency in project management tools and technology is a plus.
Job Offer
- Competitive Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 based on experience.
